Salary: VPS 5.1 $113,022 - $124,884 pa + 12% super
Location: 664 Collins Street, Docklands - Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office)

About the role:
You will lead engagement and consultation with communities, industry, and government on EPA Permissioning assessments, ensuring transparent and effective regulatory decisions that protect Victorian communities and the environment.
In this role you will:
- Lead proactive and reactive communications and engagement for the Licences Unit
- Manage complex and controversial stakeholder engagements with professionalism and diplomacy
- Coordinate public advertising of Development Licences permits and collate large volumes of submissions
- Support conferences and forums: book venues, craft communications, liaise with facilitators
- Provide advice on effective engagement approaches and conference styles
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in community and stakeholder engagement, ideally in a regulatory setting
- Strong written communication and organisational skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects independently
- Excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with EPA regulatory tools (desirable)
