Salary: VPS 3.2 $89,292 to $96,073 pa + 12% super
Location: 664 Collins Street, Docklands - Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office)

About the role:
You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across EPA’s Corporate Services Division. This role offers exposure to diverse corporate functions and requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with a small team and contribute to EPA’s mission to protect Victoria’s environment and communities.
In this role you will:
- Manage calendars, emails, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Deliver administrative processes including filing, records management, and reporting.
- Support accounts payable, procurement, and finance processes in line with government standards.
- Assist with workflow allocation and ensure deadlines are met across branches.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and minute-taking.
- Contribute to process improvements and team culture initiatives within Corporate Services.
Skills and experience:
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written communication skills – able to draft briefs, write business processes, and review policies.
- Confidence with numbers and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to integrate data and evidence into written communication.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with flexibility and willingness to learn.
